CityOMM is an out-of-network, cash-based practice. We do not take insurance or Medicare directly. However, we issue a superbill/receipt that you can submit to your insurance company (or secondary insurer) for potential reimbursement.
At CityOMM, we provide:
-Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM)
-Dry needling and trigger-point injections (sterile technique)
-Red light therapy
We do not prescribe medications, administer vaccinations, provide urgent care, or directly order diagnostic imaging/tests (though we can review results from tests obtained elsewhere).
Initial adult visit (60 min): $450
Follow-up adult visit (40 min): $300
Injection / dry needling add-on: priced per treatment area (ask at time of visit)
Red light therapy session: priced separately (ask for a la carte or package)
(Pricing subject to change; patients pay at time of service.)
Yes — we welcome patients of all ages. For children and infants, we use gentler manual techniques. OMM is very safe for children. We do not do dry needling or injections for children under 18.
It’s possible. After OMM or injections/dry needling, mild soreness, tightness, or slight fatigue is a common, temporary effect. Most patients report it resolves within 24–48 hours.
It depends on your condition. Some patients see improvement after 1–3 visits; others with chronic issues may need 6–12 sessions. We’ll co-create a plan based on your goals and progress.
Yes — red light therapy is non-invasive and generally well tolerated. It is used to support healing, reduce inflammation, and improve tissue health. We will screen for contraindications (e.g. photosensitivity) before prescribing a regimen.
